- Return Window: You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. How to Return an Item

- Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Affix the provided return label and ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. We aim to complete the inspection and refund process within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
